Järn Haus MD provides in-person and telehealth for sports medicine, hormone management, and enhanced athlete risk-reduction. We are currently licensed and accepting patients in Wyoming, Montana, Colorado, Utah, and Nebraska. If you're in a state we don't cover yet, that doesn't necessarily mean a long wait. Most US states participate in a fast-track licensing system that allows us to get credentialed in a matter of days, not months — so if you sign up for a membership and you're in one of those states, we can typically have you scheduled within 10 days, often within 48 hours!  A few states — notably California, Oregon, and New York — don't participate in that system, and licensing there takes three to six months through a separate process. If that's you, you can still join our waiting list and we'll reach out the moment we're able to see patients in your state. One important note: telehealth law requires that you be physically located in a state where we hold an active license at the time of your visit — not just where you live. So if you're ever traveling through a covered state, reach out. We can see you while you're there.
