What This Includes Cardiovascular monitoring at this practice means structured, ongoing evaluation of the risk factors that matter most for active adults on hormone therapy or with a history of anabolic steroid use. That includes lipid panels with a focus on atherogenic particle profiles, hematocrit and hemoglobin trending, blood pressure tracking, fasting glucose and metabolic markers, and — when clinically indicated — referral coordination for echocardiography, coronary calcium scoring, or advanced cardiac imaging. We don't order tests for the sake of ordering tests. Every lab and every referral is tied to a clinical question. If your hematocrit is climbing, we want to know why and what to do about it. If your lipid profile shifts after starting TRT, we track the trajectory and adjust the plan — not wait until the numbers become a problem.
