Comprehensive TRT Consultation
Evidence-based hormonal health and expert TRT management.
Service Description
Testosterone replacement therapy can be a legitimate medical intervention — but only when it's the right call for the right patient. At Järn Haus MD, a TRT evaluation is a medical workup, not a sales funnel. There is no guaranteed prescription at the end of this process. What you get is a physician who will figure out whether testosterone therapy is indicated for you — and whether it can be done safely. What the Evaluation Involves A TRT evaluation begins with a detailed history: your symptoms, training background, medical and medication history, prior labs, and cardiovascular risk factors. We order comprehensive bloodwork — not just a total testosterone level, but a panel that gives us the full clinical picture, including metabolic, hematologic, and hormonal markers relevant to safe prescribing. If your labs and presentation support a diagnosis of hypogonadism, we discuss what TRT can realistically do, what the risks are, and what monitoring looks like. If your testosterone is low but the cause is correctable — sleep, overtraining, metabolic dysfunction, medication effects — we address that first. Cardiovascular Risk Comes First Every TRT evaluation includes a cardiovascular risk assessment. Testosterone therapy has real effects on hematocrit, lipid profiles, and cardiovascular physiology. If your risk profile raises concerns, we address those before — or instead of — starting TRT. No prescription is worth writing if the foundation isn't safe. Who This Is For Men experiencing symptoms of testosterone deficiency — fatigue, reduced recovery, loss of lean mass, low libido, mood changes — who want an evidence-based evaluation rather than a rubber stamp. This includes men already on TRT who want more thorough management and men considering it for the first time. What to Expect This is not a clinic that prescribes testosterone based on a questionnaire and a single lab draw. Every decision about therapy, including dosing targets, is made through shared decision-making after a complete workup and risk stratification. If you and your physician agree that higher-than-standard dosing serves your goals, that conversation happens with eyes open — full understanding of the monitoring, the risks, and what the evidence does and doesn't support. TRT evaluation and management are available through our membership tiers (no addition charge) or as a standalone consultation for $399

Cancellation Policy
Before You Book You must be physically located in a state where Järn Haus MD holds an active medical license at the time of your appointment. This is a legal requirement, not a preference. If you're unsure whether your state is covered, check our coverage map or contact us before scheduling. Cancellations & Rescheduling We ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Life happens — we get it. But late cancellations and no-shows hold a slot that another patient could have used. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a fee.
