Hormonal Management
Testosterone, estrogen, thyroid, prolactin, cortisol, GH— managed by a physician, not a protocol.
Service Description
Hormones affect everything — energy, body composition, recovery, sleep, mood, cognitive function. When they're off, you feel it. The question is whether the solution is straightforward or whether something else is driving the problem. Hormonal management at Järn Haus MD goes beyond testosterone. We evaluate and manage the full endocrine picture — thyroid function, metabolic health, and the interplay between hormones, training load, and lifestyle factors that most clinics don't have the context to assess. What This Looks Like If you're already on TRT through this practice, hormonal management is the ongoing clinical relationship — lab monitoring, dose optimization, management of downstream effects, and adjustment over time as your goals, training, and health evolve. Testosterone management doesn't end at the first prescription. It requires regular reassessment, and that reassessment needs to be done by a physician who understands what your labs mean in the context of your training and your life. If your concern isn't testosterone, we still evaluate it. Thyroid dysfunction, metabolic syndrome, adrenal and cortisol imbalance, and the hormonal consequences of overtraining, undereating, or chronic stress are all within scope. Not every hormone problem needs a hormone prescription — sometimes the fix is upstream, and the lab work just tells us where to look. How This Differs from TRT Evaluation A TRT evaluation is a one-time clinical workup to determine whether testosterone therapy is appropriate for you. Hormonal management is what happens after — or instead of — that decision. It's the ongoing care relationship. For patients who don't need TRT but do have hormonal issues worth addressing, this is where that work happens.
Cancellation Policy
Before You Book You must be physically located in a state where Järn Haus MD holds an active medical license at the time of your appointment. This is a legal requirement, not a preference. If you're unsure whether your state is covered, check our coverage map or contact us before scheduling. Cancellations & Rescheduling We ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Life happens — we get it. But late cancellations and no-shows hold a slot that another patient could have used. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a fee.
