Service Description
Not sure where to start? One visit to find out if we're the right fit. $100 credit toward membership if you join. A 30-minute focused physician discussion for specific questions or concerns. This visit does not include testing, labs, follow-up, or ongoing management. Full clinical services require a physician-patient relationship established through a HEALTH CONSULTATION ($299) or MEMBERSHIP enrollment. $100 of your Limited Consultation fee may be applied toward a Health Consultation or any membership tier when scheduled within 30 days
Cancellation Policy
A Discovery Call is a brief, complimentary conversation to help you learn about Järn Haus MD and determine whether our practice is the right fit for your needs. Discovery Calls are typically five minutes. What a Discovery Call is: A chance to ask questions about our services, membership options, and how we work with athletes. What a Discovery Call is not: A medical consultation. No medical advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, or medication guidance will be provided during a Discovery Call. No physician-patient relationship is established by participating in a Discovery Call. Because this is not a clinical encounter, Discovery Calls are available regardless of your state of residence. If you're ready for clinical guidance, we'll walk you through next steps to schedule a formal consultation in a covered state.
