Service Description
Once you're on a medication regimen, someone needs to manage it — not just write the initial prescription and disappear. Medication management at Järn Haus MD means your prescriptions are overseen by the same physician who prescribed them, with full visibility into your labs, your history, and everything else going on with your care. What This Covers Routine prescription refills for medications prescribed through the practice. Dosing adjustments based on lab results, symptom changes, or clinical reassessment. Pharmacy coordination, including transfers and prior authorizations when needed. Medication interaction review when you're prescribed something new by another provider. This also includes the conversations most practices don't make time for — the ones where your dose isn't quite right, or a side effect showed up that warrants a change, or you've read something online and want to know whether it actually applies to you. Those calls matter, and they shouldn't require a full office visit. What This Doesn't Cover This service is for ongoing management of medications already prescribed through Järn Haus MD. It's not a standalone prescribing service. New medication evaluations — including TRT, thyroid, or other hormone therapy — go through the appropriate clinical workup first. Included with all membership tiers. For non-members with an active Järn Haus MD prescription, follow-up visits are $149 per encounter. Hormone management is a separate (similar priced) service
Cancellation Policy
Before You Book You must be physically located in a state where Järn Haus MD holds an active medical license at the time of your appointment. This is a legal requirement, not a preference. If you're unsure whether your state is covered, check our coverage map or contact us before scheduling. Cancellations & Rescheduling We ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Life happens — we get it. But late cancellations and no-shows hold a slot that another patient could have used. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a fee.
