Hormone management, cardiovascular monitoring, and training-related medical decisions require a physician who knows your history, tracks your labs over time, and is available when something comes up — not someone you meet fresh every encounter. Every membership tier includes your core clinical relationship: medication refills and management, lab ordering and review, ongoing hormonal and cardiovascular oversight, and secure messaging with your physician. The tiers differ in visit volume, access level, and how much of your broader health picture we manage directly. CORE — $199/month Four dedicated MD visits per year with standard follow-up between visits. This is the right fit for stable patients — someone on a well-dialed TRT protocol, for example, who needs quarterly labs, medication management, and a physician available when questions come up. You're not on your own between visits; you have messaging access and clinical follow-up as needed. PERFORMANCE — $299/month Eight dedicated MD visits per year, each up to one hour. Everything in CORE, plus general telehealth visits drawn from your annual allotment — so when you catch a sinus infection or tweak your back, you're seeing your physician, not starting over with a stranger. You also get enhanced messaging access with faster response times. This is the tier for patients who are actively training, adjusting protocols, or managing more than one clinical thread at a time. CONCIERGE — $799/month Twelve dedicated MD visits per year with all PERFORMANCE benefits included. This tier adds priority direct physician scheduling, expanded telehealth availability, and emergency care representation — meaning if you end up in an ER or need a specialist consultation, I'm available to call the treating physician, provide your history, and advocate for your care in real time. Concierge is for patients who want their physician genuinely accessible, not just technically reachable.
