Service Description
CORE Members receive standard responses within 48 business hours. You can text questions or updates about your current health management plan, injury status, or training adjustments. This tier works well for members managing stable conditions or routine follow-ups. PERFORMANCE Members get priority messaging with faster turnaround—typically within 24 hours—plus a higher monthly text allowance for more frequent check-ins. Ideal for active athletes managing ongoing training-related issues, seasonal injury prevention, or those fine-tuning a new treatment protocol. CONCIERGE Members receive priority response targeting 12-hour turnaround (including weekends) with unlimited messaging. You'll have direct access for urgent questions, real-time training guidance, medication concerns, or coordination with specialists. This tier is designed for high-level athletes, those in active recovery phases, or members managing complex or time-sensitive health decisions.
Cancellation Policy
Before You Book You must be physically located in a state where Järn Haus MD holds an active medical license at the time of your appointment. This is a legal requirement, not a preference. If you're unsure whether your state is covered, check our coverage map or contact us before scheduling. Cancellations & Rescheduling We ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Life happens — we get it. But late cancellations and no-shows hold a slot that another patient could have used. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a fee.
