The Audit
Your programming reviewed through a clinical and biomechanical lens.
Service Description
A training program is a set of assumptions about what your body can handle. The Audit is where we test those assumptions. This is not a program rewrite. Your coach writes your programming — that's their job. What a coach can't do is cross-reference your training against your bloodwork, your injury history, your hormonal status, your cardiovascular risk profile, and what your joints have been telling you for the last two years. That's The Audit. We review your current programming in the context of your full clinical picture. If you're on TRT and your hematocrit is climbing, your conditioning work might need to change. If your recovery is declining and your thyroid markers are off, your training volume might be the wrong variable to blame. If you're forty-five and still squatting like you did at twenty-five, we can talk about what that's costing you structurally and whether the tradeoff is worth it. What this includes: a detailed review of your current training program, loading patterns, volume progression, and exercise selection — assessed against your medical history, labs, and stated goals. You'll come away with specific, actionable guidance on what to keep, what to change, and what to watch. What this doesn't include: a new training program. If you need one, we can point you toward coaches we trust. What we give you is the clinical layer that no coach has the training to provide. The Audit works well as a one-time assessment or as a recurring check-in alongside your membership. For serious athletes managing training, hormones, and health simultaneously, a quarterly Audit keeps all three aligned. Available as a standalone service or as part of your membership visits.
Cancellation Policy
Before You Book You must be physically located in a state where Järn Haus MD holds an active medical license at the time of your appointment. This is a legal requirement, not a preference. If you're unsure whether your state is covered, check our coverage map or contact us before scheduling. Cancellations & Rescheduling We ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Life happens — we get it. But late cancellations and no-shows hold a slot that another patient could have used. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a fee.
