The Breakdown

Service Description

You can watch a thousand technique videos on Instagram and still miss the thing that's actually causing your shoulder pain. The Breakdown is a physician-level analysis of how you move under load — informed by anatomy, biomechanics, and your specific clinical history, not generic coaching cues. Here's how it works: you submit training footage of the lifts you want reviewed. We analyze your movement patterns frame by frame, identifying mechanical issues that may be contributing to pain, limiting performance, or creating injury risk you haven't noticed yet. Then we talk through what we see, what it means, and what to do about it. This isn't about nitpicking your squat depth or debating grip width. It's about pattern recognition — the kind that comes from thirty years of treating musculoskeletal injuries and understanding what breaks down, why, and how loading decisions accelerate or prevent it. Common reasons athletes book a Breakdown: persistent pain during specific lifts that doesn't match a clear diagnosis, asymmetries they can feel but can't fix, post-surgical movement patterns they've compensated around, or a lift that just stopped progressing for no obvious reason. A Breakdown pairs naturally with The Audit — one looks at your program, the other looks at your execution. Together they give you the most complete picture of what your training is actually doing to your body. Telehealth-friendly: video submission and review work well remotely. If in-person analysis is needed, appointments are available in the Jackson Hole region and Salt Lake City. Available as a standalone service or as part of your membership visits.

Cancellation Policy

Before You Book You must be physically located in a state where Järn Haus MD holds an active medical license at the time of your appointment. This is a legal requirement, not a preference. If you're unsure whether your state is covered, check our coverage map or contact us before scheduling. Cancellations & Rescheduling We ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Life happens — we get it. But late cancellations and no-shows hold a slot that another patient could have used. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a fee.
